Shipping & Delivery
We will ship your package(s) to you via UPS and tracking number will be included in every sale (Ups Surcharge for residential is $5 will be added for each box). No Free Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, or to international destinations and extra fees may apply. Blink Imports is not responsible for misquoted shipping quotes provided by the automated shipping quotes system. During one of our high-savings sales that occur will need to be placed over the phone and free shipping is included on orders over $1000 (This free shipping does not include Hookahs or Water Pipe Pouches). We will ship your package(s) more often than not within 24 hours of placing your order, not including weekends and holidays and no later than 72 hours.
We ship anywhere around the world using FedEx and UPS. Additional shipping methods via freight companies, call us for details.
Returns & Replacements
In the event that a customer either receives any products that are broken or the product received is a different product than the one purchased, a full refund in the form of store credit will be reimbursed to the customer’s internal account in one of two forms: (1) The returned products will be traded for items of equal value, or (2) The customer will be credited for the full value of the items in the form of store credit. In order for either of these refunds to occur, the customer must either provide photo proof of the broken/wrong products or send the broken/wrong products to our facility by use of a "Return Label,” (which will be provided to the customer by Blink Imports).
All other returns of products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at Blink Imports’ discretion.
